#15 Web 2.0

These articles really opened my mine to what is going on in the library community. As a clerical worker I was not aware of all the changes.

I really think YPL is working towards these changes. I'm afraid I'm still old school and would always want a browsing collection of books. I want to hold a book, not read it online or listen to it. Yet I know this web technology is indespensible for research purposes.

I found it amazing what a small rural library was able to accomplish with forward thinking. Whoever took over the library in 1992 really strived for something that others would have thought as being unattainable.
